E2 executed an aggressive recruiting and staffing campaign to support the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) goals of the Savannah River Site (SRS). Targeted marketing/recruiting and strategic subcontracting enabled E2 to provide the prime contractors at SRS with staffing support of more than 120 personnel, the vast majority of which were provided in a four-month time period. Positions staffed included Engineers (various disciplines), Quality Assurance Personnel, Project Managers, D&D Project Support Specialists, Supervisors, Planners, Trainers, Programmers, Generation Certification Officials, Operations Specialists, Operations Leads, Technicians, and more. E2 personnel filled critical needs in the D&D, Solid Waste, Area Completion, and Infrastructure Divisions. E2’s annual SRS ARRA support is estimated at $13 – $15 million.
